Hybrid coaching for women who want in-person guidance and a clear plan between sessions.

This is for you if you want support with your technique, confidence, and progression, but also need a programme you can follow independently.

You’ll have one in-person PT session each month, plus a tailored online programme, video form feedback, and ongoing support so you are not left guessing between sessions.

The in-person session gives us space to coach your movement properly, build confidence with lifts or skills, and explore the kind of strength work that is hard to learn from a screen alone. We might refine your squat, rebuild trust in your hip, practise loaded mobility, test balance, explore carries, or gently scratch that “I wonder if I could…” itch.

One in-person PT session per month
A focused coaching session to work on technique, confidence, strength, mobility, and any areas that need extra support.

A tailored monthly programme
Three personalised sessions per week, built around your goals. This may include strength training, mobility, yoga-inspired movement, rehab-style support, or nervous-system aware conditioning.

Video form feedback
Upload your lifts or movements and I’ll review your technique, then send coaching notes so you can train with more confidence and safety.

Evidence tracking
We track strength, confidence, energy, self-trust, and the tiny wins your brain tries to skip over.

Ongoing support and accountability
I’ll check in with your progress, make adjustments when needed, and help you stay consistent without all-or-nothing thinking.
